Workshop Overview:
Water Education for Teachers (Project WET) is the premier water education curriculum taught by teachers across the globe. You’ll leave this workshop equipped with the skills to effectively teach standards-aligned lessons about one of Earth’s most precious resources: water! We’ll cover drinking water, water quality, and wastewater in this one-day teacher training workshop, including local examples from the Puget Sound Region.
This training will be geared towards 4th - 9th-grade teachers, but all grade levels are welcome to attend. Due to funding source requirements, teachers must reside or teach in King County, Snohomish County, or Camano Island. Pre-Service Teachers and informal educators welcome and encouraged to attend!
